It's with bittersweet emotion with which we bring you the news of
FELLSILENT's demise :(
FS were one of the pioneers of the new wave UK tech-djent sound, spawning a countless number of soundalike bands along the way.
Their debut album 'The Hidden Words' set out a bold statement of intent right from the outset; one that still resonates today....
The band will be sorely missed here at Basick HQ.

Browne and Neema, 2 of the potent creative forces from FS have now joined forces in a brand new project entitled MONUMENTS!
Keeping that dirty groove very much alive, this new band promises to be a truly exciting prospect.

It is with much excitement that we announce the signing of the UK's brightest new hopes,
VISIONS!
With their unique take on a genre that is often plagued with copycat bands and unoriginal ideas,
VISIONS have been rapidly taking the UK tech scene by storm since their inception in Winter 2008.
Kicking off their young career with a debut show in their home town of Peterborough as main support to UK Metal legends
Johnny Truant, the band quickly established their statement of intent which in turn led to a raft of key support shows alongside luminaries
A Textbook Tragedy,
Sylosis,
The Arusha Accord,
Fellsilent,
Viatrophy and
Exit Ten.
The bands 3 track EP '
The 33 Sessions' will drop via Basick on
April 26th 2010 with their debut album due to follow later this year.

The band are gearing up to hit the road in their first UK headline tour in support of their debut album
‘Our Last Days On Earth’. The tour kicks off on Tuesday, March 30th in Southend on Sea and finishes up in Brighton on April 11th.
