As some of you may have already read, DEVIL SOLD HIS SOUL's much-loved debut album 'A Fragile Hope' turns 10 this year - something that the band cannot wait to celebrate by performing the classic release in its entirety across four special UK shows with both original vocalist Ed Gibbs and current vocalist Paul Green!
But that's only the beginning - the official Record Store Day 2017 release list has gone out this evening and we are massively excited to announce that we will be releasing a beautiful RSD exclusive Double Gatefold Vinyl Edition of the album, pressed on 140g splatter vinyl in colours to compliment the original artwork. The record comes with the original iconic Paul Jackson art, reformatted to fit the gatefold sleeve, with full lyrics and new expanded liner notes compiled by the band, detailing the creative process behind the record.
How does Record Store Day work?
RSD17 will take place on April 22nd. There are only 500 copies of 'A Fragile Hope' available on vinyl - to get your copy, all you need to do is head to your local independent record shop. If you want to make sure that shop is stocking it on the day, get in touch with them to make sure they order it! They will not be allowed to reserve your copy for you, but if you make sure they stock it, you stand a better chance of bagging one ;)
For a full list of participating UK & Irish stores head to the RSD website and use their store locator. Be sure to be there first thing on April 22nd to grab your copy!
