FIRST SIGNS OF FROST release video for 'Meat Week'!
Following its premiere via the band's Facebook page yesterday, FIRST SIGNS OF FROST's new video for 'Meat Week' is out today - check it out below!
The track is taken from the Melodic Tech-Rock quintet's new EP 'The Shape Of Things To Come' (released August 11th 2017), which is available to purchase via Basick Supplies. For a digital copy, head to the EP release page. Described by Already Heard as "technically brilliant and thoroughly stirring tech metal", the long-awaited new release is more than deserving of your attention!
Of 'Meat Week', guitarist and man-behind-the-music Owen says:
"The song itself is about the Syria crisis and the divide of people in the U.K. I went out to Calais a couple of years ago and witnessed protesters waiting at the shoreline at Dover," explains guitarist/vocalist Owen Hughes-Holland."'Meat Week' was then written from the perspective of one of the protesters, with their blind sighted, one dimensional view and sheer anger towards the people fleeing their country for survival."
The band are currently preparing themselves to return to the stage - keep your eyes peeled for live dates!
